Who am I?
Before starting my own HR Consultancy, I spent 8 years in an HR British company “CEB/SHL”. In this company, I designed and managed assessment and development centres, using SHL tools, carried out individual and collective assessment and ran bilingual training courses.
I then joined IVANTI – a US-based IT company as their French HR BP. I created the French HR department from scratch and provided hands-on HR Services for 5 years to all the managers and employees based in France and anywhere in the world. I liaised with the payroll provider, the financial department based abroad, the legal department. this was a considerable hands-on experience of dealing with all type of HR and People Manager matters.
My aim is to help company directors and managers of small companies manage their people and legal issues, navigating through complex subjects such as team development, complaints, Collective bargaining agreements, HRIS, changes in the French labour…
I created my consultancy services to provide this expertise to companies who will benefit from a flexible, experienced HR : a hands-on, personalized and flexible HR advisor, that’s my offer!
